博格巴敲诈案庭审争执不断 兄弟或面临3年监禁

This chaos occurred just as the sixth day of hearings wrapped up, with prosecutors having recently made their sentencing recommendations for six defendants. Two young prosecutors took three hours to present arguments calling for prison terms across the board.

The proposed sentences ranged from a three-year term (with one year served in custody that can be converted to house arrest) for Paul Pogba's brother Matias, to an eight-year sentence for Rushdan K., who is referred to as a “street informal mediator.” He remains in pre-trial detention and is suspected of playing a key role during the March 19–20 incident involving Bogba—acting either as organizer or "executor." In this case, two masked men threatened Bogba at gunpoint demanding €13 million under false pretenses regarding alleged security services.

The most notable defendant, Matias-Bogba himself was not charged with illegal confinement; however, other five were accused of such crimes. According to prosecution claims, these individuals were all facing financial desperation at that time. They believe that what transpired on March 2022 constituted carefully orchestrated intimidation tactics aimed at extorting money from him: initially asking €25 million before lowering demands later on. The prosecution noted: “Clearly they sought substantial sums from him; only those five knew he would be there.” Each played distinct roles within this scheme but charges related specifically kidnapping weren’t pursued since former Juventus player voluntarily accompanied his childhood friends into what turned out to be essentially entrapment.

Court proceedings are expected wrap-up Thursday afternoon following initial statements by defense lawyers including Leberquey representing Marikur K., emphasizing again missing presence issue concerning Pogba while seeking acquittal verdicts against respective clients involved hereafter which Matthias' lawyer Tabra will address courtroom next given revealing social media posts highlighting events surrounding allegations themselves.
